This is a terrible design
So I can’t active my wristband without downloading the app, but I can’t download the app because I have an older phone and don’t have the newest operating system? And I can’t download the older version that does work on my phone!? What the heck am I supposed to do!?!? This is awful and classist towards folks who don’t always have the newest phones
You can’t download the app without wifi
So if you didn’t download it before going to Coachella you cannot download it using your service provider. You need that app to activate your wristband. I’ll gladly retract my review if they implement a fix or a way to activate your wristband on the website.
Best Festival App with Industry Leading Experience Enhancing Integrations
The Coachella App is by far the best festival app ever created. The integration with Bose Frames Audio Sunglasses is exciting! Postmates integration is going to be super convenient.
