That's cool if you are or if you are not, this is the game for you! Code for cash is exactly how it sounds, you code, for cash.

You'll learn the ropes of how to be an efficient developer by earning all the software development tricks, buying the right hardware upgrades, or crypto-mining during the downtime.

For developers

Noticed you have an option to mute sound and you in context that you don’t know how to mute sounds exactly if you need some pointers or help let me know I’d gladly help for free.

Intern killed it for me

I was loving the game. Would have rated it as 4 stars (it loses a star for not having commas in your $ so you have to count the digits to see if you can afford something.)

But then I bought the Intern upgrade. $10 real world cash. Pricey, but I believe in supporting developers. Problem is what the intern does. The description says you don’t have to tap for money any more. You can just hold down. Okay, that’s true. Problem is that holding down gives you money as if you were tapping veeeeery sloooowly. Sorry, devs, but if I’m going to give you $10 real world cash, that intern needs to pay me as if I was tapping like the wind. With the pathetic rate at which the intern earns money, I still need to tap to earn at a decent rate. And that makes my $10 a complete waste. I can forgive a lot in a game, but I can’t forgive wasting your customers’ real world money.

1 star.

Unexpectedly satisfying

I was bored and trying out different games to keep me busy while I was waiting for a phone call when the next thing I knew several hours flew by. I cannot believe how oddly addicting this was but now I'm wondering how much sleep I'm going to lose over the next few days because of this. Is the game a simple concept? Sure it is. Does that automatically mean it's bad? Absolutely not. I don't quite understand how hitting a button can give me a certain level of satisfaction, but maybe when I beat the game I'll be able to find out!
