3 Must be enrolled in Web Banking and Zelle to use Zelle. Must have a bank account in the U.S. to use Zelle. Transactions typically occur in minutes between enrolled users. If a recipient is not enrolled with Zelle, it could take 1 to 3 business days to receive the money once the enrollment is completed. Zelle is to be used for personal payments between friends, family and people you know and trust. We do not recommend that you use Zelle to send money to people you do not know.

Quick Balance is not recommended for shared devices. If you allow others to access your device, they may be able to view your Quick Balance information. You may change this setting at any time.

App log out function.
I really like this app but if I could make one suggestion for improvement it would be for when you touch log out on the app. When I touch log out on my iPhone it logs out but then it immediately displays the Touch ID login screen. The problem is that after I touch log out, I usually push the home button on the iPhone but when I do that it logs me back in again. Ideally, when you touch log out, the Touch ID screen shouldn't come up until you're out of the app and back in. Overall no issues with the app other than this minor suggestion. Thank you.
And OK app for a very bad Bank
The app is OK now that it finally, finally has touch ID. But at someone else stayed it it is light years behind other institutions. They do nothing for their customers with disabilities at least other institutions will send you your bank statement in braille. This bank doesn’t even do that switching as soon as I can I have call the Banks several times to inquire about their willingness to help out a long-time customer with a disability and they don’t seem very willing so I don’t feel that I should be a customer anymore there better institutions out here and I just need to find one. Although I did give it a star because the staff is very nice to me when I go into a local branch
This Bank has Awesome potential! But not taking advantage of it.
After switching from 5/3 Bank I decided to bank with Comerica because there reviews were good and including there credit cards. When I got into the app I was like dang, this app looks like it supports IPhone 4s. This Bank been around since 1849 and has over 1.4billion income coming in. What In the world is stopping them from Updating there app!? I really wish they make it like Navy Federal Credit Union app there app is just wonderful. But Comerica please, please update you guys app. Please.
