Where's the beef?
Is there more to this app? The idea is wonderful, however there is only one "concept" per standard (i.e. practice question). If the app is simply to list the standards as provided by common core, then it does that. However, if the point is to give the teacher ideas or "concepts" regarding the standard it doesn't deliver.
The practice questions look like public domain text. Example...in grade 5 one of the questions concerns an excerpt from Chekov. Really? For 5 th grade???
Not what it could be
Seems like a neat concept and set up well for ease of access, as of now it only works for standards through 5th grade. It is of no use to me and any other secondary educator. If/ when they include the rest, as the standards and students' educations do not stop in 5th grade, I will download it again to my devices, use it and increase the rating.
This seems like it would be a very beneficial app with concepts and examples, however, it does not go past 5th grade. I teach middle school so I would not recommend this app if you have older students.
