“So you wanna be a comic book convention manager?” asked hardly anyone ever. Well, now's your chance! Enlist Alan Tudyk, Nathan Fillion and the cast of Con Man to help you create the biggest, brightest and bestest con ever: Shock-A-Con! All your favorite management tasks are there: Unclogging toilets! Emptying garbage cans! Even covering up naked grannies!

Based on the hit show Con Man – now airing on Comic Con HQ – the game brings together the cast and characters of season 1 in a convention that YOU run! They will help you with everything, be it placing VIP booths, attracting cosplayers, hiring staff, or defeating marauding aliens straight out of the second greatest cancelled-too-soon sci-fi show Spectrum in a fight to the death (or till someone vanishes in a puff of smoke).

Game Features:

* It’s free! - Hush it down!

* Themed animated booths

* VIP & exhibitor booths

* Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Horror and Hero themes

* Work your butt off to keep congoers happy

* Collect Super Fans to kick alien butt

* English and French releases

* Built with the muscle and power of Frima Studios

Psst! Don’t forget to watch Season 2 on Comic Con HQ!

What's New in Version 1.2.9

Hello Con-Goers!

While you were sleeping, we were cleaning up your con floor, organizing things and helping you make a little more money on those booths of yours. (Don’t worry we didn’t touch the cash box). In this update we:

- Straightened out the VIP. A tough job, but now when you hire one it will effect the reward bubbles in place.
- And who else has seen Janitor Joss show up when he’s not wanted? Fixed!

You keep playing - we’ll keep working!

Nothing new after level 30.

I'm at level 39 now and there's nothing keeping me playing the game. Nothing new has happened since before level 30. I keep getting the same "problems" and the same displays over and over again. I have 50+ displays out and another 30 more just in my collection. I wish you could get rid of the ones you don't want. And your super fans don't level up nearly as quickly as you can, so you're basically just left clicking in 2 times a day to hopefully get a con bag that has a button. It was cool when you started out, but it feels like the developers never thought people would like it enough to pass level 28 and just gave up after that. It's disappointing that the developers just basically don't care about the people who are playing the game regularly.

Alright until it ate my save

There's really not much to the game once you unlock everything. I was still shooting for leveling up my super fans, and getting all the collectibles until yesterday, when the game told me I had to start a new game.

I save compulsively, so seeing my local save gone, as well as being told the game couldn't retrieve my cloud save was...let's call frustrating. I am not about to start back at level 1 when I was already at level 34. So unless my save magically reappears, I'm done.

Beyond this, the gameplay was repetitive, but overall enjoyable. There were plenty of glitches though, like fans materializing in places that resulted in them getting trapped or "trapped," since they there was oftentimes nothing impeding their movement. I'm either case though, if didn't somehow manage to find and "free" them, they'd die and leave a tombstone until I logged back in.

I really can't recommend this game.

Wish there were more detailed helps

I'm enjoying the game - it's just about my speed. That said, I'm at level 35 and can't add any floor space, plus my VIPs have suddenly "reached limit" and can't be deployed any more. The instructions that come with the game give only the barest of guidelines - and no explanation as to the two issues I mentioned. There's a place to report bugs or other problems but otherwise I guess we're on our own.
