Pic-a-Pix are exciting logic puzzles that form whimsical pixel-art pictures when solved. Challenging, deductive and artistic, this original Japanese invention offers the ultimate mix of logic, art and fun while providing solvers with many hours of mentally stimulating entertainment.
Each puzzle consists of a blank grid with clues on the left of every row and on the top of every column. The object is to reveal a hidden picture by painting blocks in each row and column so their length and sequence corresponds to the clues.
The game features a unique fingertip cursor which enables playing large puzzle grids with ease and precision: to fill a square, move cursor to the desired location and tap anywhere on the screen. To fill multiple squares, press and hold fingertip until cursor fills the square and start dragging to neighboring squares. The game also enables locking the rulers, a powerful feature helping focus on one row and column at a time.

Only Ones I Pay For
When I first started playing nonograms I downloaded every app I could find. I never purchased any games, and usually would delete an app once I had finished the free puzzles. But when I got to this one I couldn't stop playing and have bought several packs. I even deleted all the other apps. When I've gone through all of the puzzles and don't want to buy a new pack yet, I'm able to reset everything to zero and start playing again (which I've done several times). I've gotten to where I pass over the smaller puzzles, but other than that I have yet to get bored replaying my old puzzles.
Still the best after many years!
Been playing this for YEARS, and have given them a good amount of money, but I love this game. Their other games are good too. Hooked on Cross-a-Pix right now!
There are a lot of this type, but I love how squares are marked, access to colors and size of picture. iPad ones are huge! I have to hold my iWhatever far away to see the final picture sometimes (esp smaller ones) but I don't care. It's all about the solving.
Addicting. Like the free weekly puzzle too.
Like how responsive the authors are and how you can now hide all iPad puzzles on iphone. Um, how about adding the ability to hide all iphone puzzles on the iPad? Yes, it can be done manually, but there are a lot. Wow, that sounds high maintenance of me. Can't think of anything else that I'd added though!!
Very addicting game. Love creating pictures with a little logic. So far I'm still trying the easy ones but I'm really enjoying it!
Still enjoying it. It gets expensive to buy new puzzles but I still like it. I bought a new phone and all of my purchases transferred without a hitch.
Still enjoy this puzzle. I like the weekly puzzle that's free.
