Concrn helps San Francisco Bay Area residents connect with trained responders who can de-escalate crisis situations with people who are mentally ill, homeless or marginally housed in your neighborhood.
Concrn gives you, your family, friends, co-workers—everyone—an alternative to 911 when violent, criminal, or medical emergencies are not the issue at hand.
If there is an emergency, the Concrn app lets you call 911 directly.
Submitting a report to Concrn is easy:
+ Name and phone number save automatically
+ Send name, phone number, and location in one tap
+ Let Concrn know the urgency of your need
+ Describe an individual with simple demographics
+ Multi-select observations give fast background

Philip Zambardo is behind this “experiment” on this very vulnerable population (homeless). BEFORE you become just another Zambardo guinea pig and download this app, see his videos in you tube. Check out his prison experiment video. Then decide if you want to become just another cog in the Zombardo’s psychological insanity.
Great to have...but crashes
You can use it for a basic report, but don't try to enter 'personal details' for a person report (gender etc.) -- it crashes. Great service, though, and I look forward to supporting and using it more.
Crashing when I try to tap on "Gender" button when trying to create a report.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
