Building custom cost books and having the freedom to modify them is very convenient and has helped me adjust my prices where I need to. It has allowed me to bid competitively in various areas. Its professional looking quotes are also modifyable. That has allowed to structure my quotes how my customers request and understand them, still with a professional look and presentation. Once complete with a quote I just click email and its on the way. This has allowed for same day quotes and quick adjustments to quotes and change orders. NOW! My request is to have the PDF NCE costbooks I already own, import or integrate without me having to type in each line item. 2ND I would love an integration with quickbooks or a financial and tax report center in this app.

Been using this app for about 7 years. Was confusing at first as getting used to any new computer program typically is, but after enough jobs were entered I got used to it and now my prefered go to app for all my billing. Doesn't have to be construction, you can customize it to do estimates and billing invoices for any business. Allowed use for company branding logo was a huge plus. I am grateful to be able to use this app on a regular basis without dealing with buxs or fixes, as I have never encountered an issue to date. Downside is these jobs and info for everything does not appear to be tansferable accross devices as it is supposed too be.
Additionally, if it would have a few more options with a save setting for cover letter, more than one photo would be nice, more than one Logo would be nice as I have multiple businesses, and like I was saying what happens on one device should appear on any other apple divice with the app loaded. Aditionally when looking for cost items, why should I have to start from scratch every time I hit add to estimate, it resets the area i was in and finding and comparting cost items, for some reason as if i want to search throgh this hurrendous list of cost items trying to naveigate my way back to where I started takes lots of time and time is money. Those small improvements is what it would take to get a five star ratting and is also the reason why I olny give it a 3 star rating.

Excelent Estimate and Proposal Tool.
It will show professionalism to you customers. Is also great to produce job reports to show your customers when you work time & material or to explain charges on an invoice. It's a good way to record past job to future consultation about new jobs. If you write a input a report as the job was done with all the actual cost you can analize pricing and how you estimated to adjust any mark up. It has some limitation in the way it mark up cost but there is ways around it. Great tool to quickly present a neat proposal to costumers. There is a more complete version of this app called Contractor Tools
