I love this app!!!!

I bought the app a few months ago but, I didn't use it right away. Since, I've been using it the past couple of weeks, I see a huge change in my lifestyle!

I've had several challenges in getting enough calories per day to stay healthy &, promote a healthy weight loss!
This app shows me where I'm weak & where I'm strongest.

Since, using the app, I've lost 14lbs. in a 3 week span. I also, workout much more than I thought I could! Considering, I have two very chronic painful illnesses.

It's been very hard over the past ten years or, so for me to lose weight. Especially, after giving birth to my two handsome young men &, being pregnant four times. With the two losses of my daughters pregnancies.

As we all know, after having children it's 10x's harder to lose weight & adding illness to the mix, just doubles that rate. Before, I became a Mother, I couldn't keep weight on for anything.
I couldn't stay above 100lbs. to save my life even if I tried.

So, during each of my pregnancies, I was giving meds to prevent my weight loss. Well, let say this! It didn't work in my pregnancies but, it's working now! When, I really don't won't it too!!!!

So, this app has been a GOD-send for me & my family! Plus, my doctors love it too! Because, they can track my progress. I can send a email with my stats in it &, they can see how much I ate, what I ate &, how much I worked out everyday!

This is the greatest app ever &, I will always use it from now on!!!!

Haven't used...

I downloaded the app hoping I could just use it as a calorie counter without making my self look like a fatty gaining weight because I'm pregnant.

I have gestational diabetes so I need to keep track of what I eat & all my nutritional intake. But having an app that tells you should weigh #lb and your currently gaining doesn't help!

I've looked at several apps to find what I'm looking for and have gotten nowhere. But I do plan on using it to help me lose weight after the baby though.

Awesome app

Stable, clean design, easy to use! My only request is that they would give you an option to not allow your exercise calories burned to add to the overall calories you still need to eat during the day. I prefer to not eat my exercise calories, so I don't want them rolled in with my daily target.
