This App, created by Christian Core, is an educational and interactive workouts, divided into various levels, appropriate for both those who want to prepare for national and international competitions and to those who want to improve their skills in climbing, for a safer and smoother progression in the mountains.
Christian Core, was world champion and has had many international awards, will guide you during your workout through photos, videos, training tables and tips. Moreover, the App will provide real-time statistics of how you are improving and progressing over time.

I purchased this app with high expectations knowing full well Christians impressive knowledge of training. However I was surprised to find that this is essentially a digital outline of the bare bones of a training plan. There is nothing about core training, cross training, and even the climbing specific exercises are very limited in scope (only two different exercises to perform on the campus board for example.) the training schedule isn't modular at all and leaves the user trying to flip through multiple pages looking for the codes that denote exercises. As a professional climbing coach (clients include a national champion boulderer and a World Cup competitor) and sponsored climber I cannot recommend this product.
Need some bugs fixed
Has some good structure to follow which is helpful when trying to stick to
a routine. I like the checklist to keep track of what you have done...well that is if it worked. Erases every time you exit the training schedule, hope they fix it considering I spent 12 bucks
If you're want to systematically improve your climbing, this is a great tool to help you do it. For only a few dollars you can save yourself many hours of training haphazardly and begin taking steps towards many climbing goals. After only 4 weeks of utilizing the methods described here I have already seen much improvement and believe I will continue to do so over the course of the rest of the 16 week cycle as well as into the next cycles of training. The exercises seem commonplace among most climbing specific workouts, however the timing and intensity guides make this program stand out among the many routines available. Bottom line - if you're willing to invest time and money at the gym or on a hang board, there isn't a reason not to invest a small amount on this app.
