Awesome workout

As a runner and someone who gets most of my exercise outdoors, these are excellent for when I'm just not feeling like being outdoors. They're great hands down -- but a big problem with winter (or any sort of exercise that relies on outdoors) is getting motivated to get dressed and brave the natural elements. All you need for these workouts is yourself! I love that it doesn't require any equipment and that the results I see are from using your body as a weight instead of exercise equipment.

Great for quick on the go workouts

I travel and stay in hotels frequently, and this app is great for a morning warm up when I can't get time in the gym! Clear, straightforward workouts with an easy interface. Just need to add more workouts!

Love the workouts!

I think the workouts on Core15 are really great. I can't wait for more. What'd I'd also like to see soon is the ability to set a reminder to keep doing the workout everyday or x number of days. That'll keep me more accountable.
