Good mobile version of Cortana!
This app is pretty useful for setting reminders and looking at traffic/weather and seeing what movies are playing near you and whatnot, and with all the updates it just gets better and better as to what Cortana can do for you. The only thing I'm kind of 'eh' about is that I can't say "Hey, Cortana" and have the app activate with my voice like I can on my laptop, so you can't really be 'hands free' with it while driving or anything. Otherwise it's a great app.
Skills are broken
Adding a skill does not work in this app version. The redirects fail to see my app is installed and instead want me to open the App Store.
In the previous app version I was able to add a Skill, but even that was unreliable and required me to copy the link into Safari so it could open the app. That workaround does not work this time.
Please test these new features before making users your QA team. I will update this review when Cortana gets skilled at her skills.
Better than Siri
Siri is so robotic when speaking. Cortana is a much smoother and soothing voice when speaking. If only Apple would allow developers to bring up Cortana without going into the app it would get 5 stars. I'm a long time Windows Phone user so I've gotten used to Cortana as being my personal assistant.
