Great app for beginner runners

This is a great app for beginner runners. It motivates you to keep you on track with your weekly running routines. I use the I heart radio app with this as my music and have not experienced any issues with the sessions having to restart. Also, those who are complaining that the sessions are restarting after you text or talk on the phone...well, if you are running you shouldn't be doing that anyway. Highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to build endurance in running and stay fit.

I've been running for about a year now and decided to give this program a try over the winter. It starts off nice and easy and if for some reason you're not ready to move on to the next week, you don't have to.
I don't listen to music while I run so I don't have the button issue that other users are having.
I wish that the beeps that it gives to let you know when to run, walk, or cool down were different. I don't pay attention to the time and I don't know when it's time to cool down.

I had a problem with it after updating it, when phone went into sleep mode, app stopped, very frustrating but just go in and tell your phone not to sleep. I am 11 days away from my first 5k, excited and nervous at the same time! Another thing I wonder about this app is why can't it post to Facebook, sure alot of people tweet but I think alot of people would also like to post in on Facebook like the pedometer apps! See you at the finish line<3
