This app can transform you from couch potato to marathon runner.
The couch to 5K app supplies visual and audio cues so you know when to walk and when to run, without
having to keep track of time and intervals. At the same time, you can listen to your own music. The app
keeps track of your progress, starting you off on the next day's plan each time you reopen the app after
completing a workout. Start session with a five-minute warmup walk or jog.
There are easy settings to turn on and off, such as whether you want the songs on your playlist to
shuffle or not. It gives you option to tweet your completed workout and gives you complete details
about your workout sessions. This app is easy to use without reading any instructions, just download

Good program but they need to fix the sleep and music issues and makes the beep louder or has it
override the music
Love it....really has helped me get in shape...not sure if you can cancel a session once you have started it,
and I would like to listen to Pandora at the same time.

No More pauses in workout in sleep Mode
Fixed for iOS 5.1.1
I have been using this for a couple months now. I use it about 3 times a week. The workouts are good. I like how they build up the intensity over time. I, too, have bumped the screen and the workout started over again. I run on the treadmill and I'm not sure if it would work well running outside. I'm sure I would hit the screen more often. The music seems to work fine for me. I like that I get to choose my own songs. Overall, I like the app and I would recommend it to others.
Good app for beginners
I really like this app because I am just starting to exercise and the 30 minutes goes by so fast and I feel great when I'm done. The things I don't like are the home button being too close to the music settings and is easy to bump on accident and the other issue is I wish I could save my playlist or playlists, I have to put my songs in every time I do a workout. If those things were fixed I would give a 5 star rating!
I love the concept, but hate when I touch the phone screen by mistake or when I clipping it to my waist and it goes to pause or just close the app. Should be a way to lock it. I had to start all over in many occasions. I resolve the issue of my phone goes to sleep setting my phone to never and so far so good.
For sure this app got me out of the couch and ready to 5k in few months.
