Designed by cyclists, it’s perfectly paced to keep you on track - without strain. Our 8 week schedule is innovative and simple to follow - just ride 3 days a week and you will be on your way to a 25 mile ride. Couch to Bike is easy to use and simple. It will track you through GPS, show you your distance and your speed. It’s the modern way to ride. The audio clues and large numbers make it easy for you to ride and follow along. For those riding on a spinning bike, there are built-in music controls that allow you to motivate yourself without ever leaving your workout. Couch to Bike is great for everyone - whether you have past riding experience, or not. We want to gently train you so that you stay fit - and don’t get injured doing so. Our 8 week plan is great training for charity rides, personal fitness and more.

Verbal Cues not working


I've only been able to get the verbal cues to work one time. No matter how many times I reboot the app and restart my phone, it's just not working. The verbal cues are the main reason I wanted this app, so I'm disappointed. I will anxiously await a fix. Once the cues are back to working, this app will be 5 stars. I love the plans and that they are customizable to your distance goals; it doesn't just stop at 20 miles.
