coucou - Network Browser
By Boy van Amstel
Open the Mac App Store to buy and download apps.
With coucou you have every device on your network at your finger tips.
Need to share some files, or a screen? Want to manage a printer via its web interface? Maybe even check out that website your colleague is working on. Coucou makes it super easy to perform these tasks.
It also gives you a nice overview of which devices (and their owners) are currently present.
If you're a web developer you'll like the built-in broadcaster. Just select the service and port and everyone around you will be able to easily select it from the list.
► Discover any Bonjour service on your local network.
► Easily see every service per device.
► Quickly open the associated app for services like http, ssh, screen sharing or file sharing.
► Create a new Bonjour service with the built-in broadcaster.
What's New in Version 1.0.2
● Introduces a handsome, brand new status bar icon.
● The 'launch at login' mechanism has changed. Re-enable it if you want to launch coucou at login.
● coucou has been re-signed.
Kills wifi connectivity
I installed this and found that after about 20 minutes each time, I would lose wifi connectivity with my Airport Time Capsule and would have to restart - this went on for 2 days, and I finally went to the likeliest suspect.
Uninstalled it, and I haven’t lost connectivity since - 2 days later.
