The app has various workout plans . When I first started , I kept having a hard time and struggling with many hard exercises it gives to me. My arms were really sore that I could barely do other exercises the next day. Now I have been using it for over a month and my arms do not hurt anymore because I'm used to these exercises. I really love it!!!
