New Update Issues

I loved using this app for the longest time. I liked being able to earn my way up to the next level and gain new hairstyles and makeup. Though now it seems that my time has been wasted since it's changed to where only certain makeup choices are available for specific models. If you want diversity in the game, why would you take away my freedom to add any of the makeup choices to the model of my choice.

Another issue I have with the models is that they've made very animated and unrealistic looking figures. The jaw lines are weird, in fact the faces in general don't look anywhere near as good as they used to. They also changed to only white model to be EXTREMELY animated looking, and they took away the Caucasian model. Don't get me wrong, I was thrilled when I heard they would be making the game more diverse to reach a wider audience, however; isn't it counteractive if you are taking away a race?

There are a lot of changes that need to be made in order for me to use this app again. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be that height, weight, and skin color all be made into bars that the user can change from short to tall, thin to curvy, and light skinned to dark. This way there aren't set models you must scroll through, and the user can create their own model. Also, give me back all of my makeup, and allow me to use it on any model of my choice. Please and thank you.

Freedom of choice is gone

I'm all for body positivity and I respect Covet for trying to embrace all figures...however...I truly do not enjoy the game anymore as I don't have freedom of choice when it comes to the models. Make up that I've put time and effort (but thank god no money...imagine how those users must feel right now. Robbed and betrayed probably.) into acquiring are gone...faces that don't look human, warped garments, predetermined skin tones, and pre determined body types...This update I feel had the best of intentions but was poorly executed and read the audience wrong. You can't be a pay to play game and take away the freedom of choice. There is a reason this went from a five star game to a one star game in the span of 24 hours. I implore Covet to listen to those of us who wish for options and choice back...Choice in make up, body type, and skin tone. Until just isn't fun. 1 star from a 3 year coveter. You can't take away what people have earned and expect great feed back. Also, don't think I didn't see you guys delete all 800+ reviews that knocked you from 5 stars to 1 in the span of 24 hours. 1 star for trying to be sneaky. Have a feeling that most users will continue to play with the classic UI. One more thing, I'm a real life fat girl, the last thing I personally want is to be reminded how badly most clothes look on me.

While I recognize that helping all to see their own beauty is important, I don't think eliminating the classic model look is including everyone. It's gotten to the point where it's almost "skinny shaming" including everyone should mean EVERYONE, not everyone but those women, the type of women who are often employed by these clothing companies to model their clothing in real life. It's hard work to stay in that good of shape, and it is a job. The term, "Skinny B****es" is trending so much now it's almost like you're made to feel like a band person if you do that work to have a trim figure. I recognize it's not easy for everyone, and I believe everyone's beautiful but helping one group of people to recognize their own beauty shouldn't mean excluding the other group. Everyone should mean EVERYONE. As terrible as it makes me sound, I should be allowed to pick the body type, and if I'd prefer to have a fit body type I should be allowed to pick it because it takes hard work and sacrifice to do that, especially for a living.
