What's New in Version 3.09.35

Ridiculously overpriced and unbalanced
I will happily pay to play games if I feel that they reward generously enough to keep me enticed to play, but this game is extremely unbalanced. It’s almost impossible to advance in this game unless you are spending hundreds of dollars on diamonds and keys. You earn very little daily and the challenges are expensive. The fact that you can only use your clothing a few times before you have to repurchase them with diamonds or money is absurd. If I’m using the app and especially if I’m paying I expect to be able to use the clothes I obtain an unlimited number of times.
The tap joy thing is a joke too because half the time it doesn’t work and it’s too much hassle to deal with tapjoy every time an offer. The game has become increasingly frustrating for most players and they do nothing to try and change that.
Bottom Line: I deleted Covet as soon as I discovered the dress up game LoveNikki, which craps on Covet over and over. It’s a hidden gem honestly. The developers of LN work their butts off to perfect the game and they truly value players opinions. They are constantly looking for feedback and suggestions for different elements of the game. This is another reason the game is successful and it has lots of loyal players. It speaks volumes to users and it’s obvious their focus is on creating an enjoyable experience for players.
It seemed fun...at first. But you come to realize a few things after a few weeks of game play.
1) Average Covet player has the IQ of a two year old. Ball gown at the movies, mini skirts in Russian during the winter, fur coats in the Sahara. And these are all the looks that get Top Look.
2) Voting is rigged. Max out and you will get a low score, insuring you never get a 5 start prize. Don’t max and you will get a high score, but not high enough for a 5 star prize.
3) Developers just want your $$$. First, you got the over the top requirements. An average cost to enter a challenge is $1000+ Average pay out, of you get lucky enough to scrape a 5 start prize is around $900. To buy diamonds, it’s about $10 for 3000, just enough to enter 2 challenges. And you got The for purchase only hair accessories, which run at $9 a pop. Maybe that hair piece will help you get a good score, or maybe it won’t, let the odds be in your favor.
In conclusion: unless you are a little kids (or have the brain of one), and have a crap ton of disposable income to play with, run! But even if you do dump $$$ into this game, your chances of getting a decent score are nill. You have a better chance of winning the lottery, finding a kidney donor, and getting killed by a tornado full of sharks all in one day.
Costs way to much money to play a free game
The only way to play this game any more is to buy diamonds because the requirements for the challenges have gotten way too expensive. The voting is messed up. They have mass clone facebook groups that are cloning a look that take most of the Top Looks wins so it is tough to win a Top Look. Game support is non existent, the game has had multiple loading issues lately. They put up a pop up asking how you like the game and if you choose " It could be better tell us why" it takes you to the page to submit a support ticket and they never answer you anyways so why bother giving criticism? It used to be a great game until they got too greedy. Do yourself a favor and sprint start playing this game because you'll go broke.
UPDATE: Don’t bother with Tapjoy either to try to get diamonds. They hardly ever reward them unless you beg for them. Also don’t do the surveys. They keep you there answering questions and when you’ve spent 10-30 minutes giving them the info they need you suddenly “don’t qualify” for that survey. Please, they have all they need so give me my diamonds.
