Cox TV Connect allows customers with Cox TV Essential or Advanced TV and Cox Essential, Preferred, Premier or Ultimate Internet service to watch a selection of channels live on an iPad in their home, and to view TV listings for all channels inside and outside the home. Not all channels available on the TV are available to view on the iPad at this time.
If you’re a campus TV customer of Cox through your university, use this application and the instructions provided by your college to access the TV services available via Campus Connect from Cox.

Worthless, never works
I really give it 0 stars, but had to pick 1 to let me post. This app is ridiculous. It will never work. You need to constantly reboot your modem and delete/reinstall the app. I truly despise Cox Communications, but we have no other options in our area. Getting to tech support is a joke, you need an entire day to reach someone who has no idea what they are doing. Then they want to charge you when their products fail to work effectively, all after paying outrageous prices for their "service". What service?
What a load of crap
I delayed getting the update because the reviews were so bad. Then it said the old version was no longer supported and I HAD to update. New version would not open... it just kept crashing. Tech "support" says for the update to work you have to have iPad2 or higher, even though the specs say it works with IOS 5.0 or higher. So for those of us who can't fork out the money for a newer iPad, Cox says too bad, so sad. Really crappy way to treat long time loyal customers.
This App Stinks
I have done all of the upgrades except replace my IPad and have followed all of the help desk suggestions and it still does not work. It starts by saying there is another App for a newer IPad but that it is still supported by 4.3 or higher. I have 5.1.1 so should be good. You push OK, it loads only to shut off before you can start to click a channel to watch. Useless and frustrating!!!!!!!!!.
