"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Few puzzle/platformers manage to achieve the balance which is clearly displayed by CreaVures. A few simple elements come into play and combine to create a deep, enjoyable experience."
"The game kept me glued, and I am planning on 100-ing this (that is rare for me)."
"I'm just very very in to this."
-PC Gamer podcast
"Damn beautiful…the game looks really good, with a dreamy, color-tinged forest at night, and the CreaVures themselves have interesting concepts and smooth animation."
"Few platform puzzlers have ever been as unfairly pretty as CreaVures."
"Creavures is relaxing and mellow which is a nice contrast from gritty high octane games that saturate the gaming market."
"It takes a special kind of game to seamlessly balance a beautiful art style with compelling gameplay."
"Creavures is a gorgeous title, chock-full of creative character designs, glowing graphics, and moody, ambient tunes."
"It's worth every penny."

It Could Be Amazing...
I bought this game while it was on sale because I read all the reviews saying it's not worth $10. And I was happy I got it on sale. Some graphics are georgous, some aren't (like the loading and title screens). The gameplay is fun for a few minutes, but quickly gets really boring. I can't play more than two levels a day (I'm tempted with Trine and DeathSpank, too). The controls get a little annoying; arrow keys to move, F button to "attack", S button to switch characters, and spacebar to jump. So your hands are basically moving all around the keyboard for the entire game, which makes the game a lot more irritating than it needs to be. Even though this game is an OK game, each level is pretty much the exact same thing. There's no action whatsoever, which makes it extremely slow. In my opinion, if this game had action, a better plot, and some better graphics everywhere, this game would be nearly perfect.
While this game is beautiful, and obviously thought out, the plot seems to be very, very dull. All the levels are similar, there never seems to be any new thing to overcome, this game is barely a good pastime. Definitely not worth $10. Maybe 5. However, while it is a nice game, it is not exactly a fun game.
Nice Game, but a couple of things
I like this game so far, but I have a couple of (small) issues with it.
1. The game took a while to load compared to other apps I've gotten from the App Store.
2. The controls take a few minutes getting used to, and controlling 2 CreaVures at once is a little bit annoying.
Those complaints are all pretty minor, and this is overall a pretty good game. I especially like the smooth and clear graphics and the music is cool, too.
