There's no valid reason for testing toiletries on animals.

This app is extremely useful for determining which products are truly cruelty-free and which are simply a "feel good" subsidiary of a larger entity that still engages in animal testing elsewhere. It's quick and easy to use when I do my shopping at Fresh Market, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe's.

One small bug in this app. A product I scanned (Mrs. Meyer's Hand Soap, manufactured for the Caldrea Company) had a small, pink-ish square next to the leaping bunny logo. A blue square is mentioned in the key as being a non-compliant company, but no mention is made of the icon I found.

While this is a great app to know which companies are cruelty free, it'd also be great to know companies do animal testing and have animal products as well.

There's a glitch when I scan a barcode and it comes up saying "there's no match, use the search". Not only once but several times. I've closed down the app and tried again, same issue. The pledge page/section does not load at all either. Even after closing and opening up the app, it still doesn't work.

As a dedicated vegan I was so excited to try this app out and was hoping to share it with others who are trying to make better consumer decisions. But the first glitch was when it asked me to sign the pledge which never loaded. I shut the app down. Reopened. Nope. Then I tried scanning a barcode and it froze then the same notification (about the barcode not being found) popped up 13 times before I finally shut the app down again.
I really hope these bugs get ironed out because I absolutely love the idea of this app!!
