I think the app is great
I don't get the beef on these reviews. But I guess if you read the comments on Cult of Mac it makes sense. We're some of the most passionate and opinionated readers out there.
Despite being a loyal Cult of Mac reader who falls into this category I think the app is great. And I obviously love the content.
Awesome UI Redesign, Terrible app icon!
I love this app and read cult of Mac every week and the editorial is top notch. I was waiting for the redesign and I finally got it. BUT PLEASE, go back to the old app icon that was smaller, the new one looks hideous. This is the only complaint I have with the app, otherwise it is a 5 star app, keep it up!
Disaster
Despite the last issue of the old app that implores you to update and states that your back issues will be kept, after updating I only have back issues through July of this year, and I have lost all of my previous issues prior to July. Nice, huh? How can they possibly do this? I've seen this before wth some Newsstand magazines but this takes the cake. Will be canceling my subscription and I would recommend NOT updating to the new version.
