Your Customer Keeper subscription will automatically renew every 3,6 or 12 months(depending on your choice) and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings.

Needs work

I am looking for a comprehensive client manager that allows me to keep track of contact information, notes from converstations, and scheduling. This application has promise, but needs a lot of work to be useful. Created in May of 2015 and still has a ton of problems so not recommending this application.

A little buggy

Unable to save for future reminders. Once you hit save, after entering the anticipated date, it reverts back to the current year.

Also while entering new client information, you can’t click out or you will have to start all over again.

Last but not least, the information boxes do not unformatt text when pasting over from another location. Does not help when dealing with a lot of info.

Can this be fixed…. I can see this apps potential.
