Advancements and superpowers
Keep adding and changing things! Although the game is good as is, it can always be made better.
The different boxes should have different music. It could even be the same basic music, but the tone and instruments and other factors could be changed to reflect the theme of each box. The music gets very boring and annoying rather quickly.
If there's not an option for hints or to be shown a way to complete the level, there should be. Of course, it would come at some cost, but it would be a nice option. Furthermore, if I can gain additional stars by using a superpower, but they can only be gained that way, there needs to be a way to obtain more uses of the power. You could also have more powers available, such as changing gravity, protecting candy from spikes, or slowing time.
I really like that the number of stars I earn is only dictated by whether I physically get them. It's nice that there's time bonuses, but I'm glad my speed isn't a factor in getting stars.
More storyline would be really cute :)
Bad business model vote w/wallets
People vote with your wallets and stop buying IAPs that you always gotta be online to use anyway. I love cut the rope but I'm not paying for the game and then full price for the levels each update I'm basing my score on a business model thats poisoning the market of iOS games always having IAPs they're so annoying. If it's not for removing ads or extra levels then it's some impossible competitive pay to win hog wash and gamers need to stop investing in anything like it. This game started out with no IAPs and said coming soon. We pay full price we should get what we pay for people see a good dev publisher combo and they support it a lot better & remain more loyal & buy IAPs that are asthetics only to help out not needed to complete a full experience. The only way we're gonna see change is if we stop saying it's ok to give us unfinished products then charge upwards of $50-$100+ $'s on digital content that could a bought many other games music or otherwise. The greed stops then the company does better cuz they show that respect and people resonate with that and support it.
Really Makes You Think!
Cut the Rope is a brilliant game idea and I love all of the new means of getting the candy to Om Nom. Sometimes it makes me think of clever engineering to get something from one place to another. So, in a way, this game is educational as well as entertaining, calling for common sense and knowledge on basic physics, while displaying colorful images and captivating levels. Well done! The only thing I would say is the powers, to me, are useless. I'm stuck on a level, I use the power, and find it disappears in two seconds before I redo it. I think the powers should last the duration of the level, including redid. Or there should at least be a five-try limit. Also, I always click the powers on accident and waste them. There should be a drop down menu so you can easily access the powers. It should be out of the way. If not a drop down menu, above or below Om Nom so you don't hit it on accident.
