Easy and convenient
I love how easy it is to refill. There's no waiting on the phone. The reminders are nice too. I should've set up reminders as soon as I started using this pharmacy/app. I also like seeing all of my medications that this pharmacy provides because I take a lot of medications and use 4 different pharmacies. It makes managing my life/medications a lot easier.
Much Easier than Calling
This is the first time using the app but it was easy to setup and faster than calling. I also like that I could setup reminders to alert me to refill my meds each month.
No Support - Quit Working
The app worked at one point and the quit working as it displays no orders or Rx. Tried reinstalling the app same results. Called the customer care five times and four of the five times the customer care team did not know there was even an app and would just transfer me to the pharmacy who "knew nothing about it". Finally I was able to talk to someone to submit a ticket and I have never heard back.
