What's New in Version 1.12
Minor enhancements and bug fixes
Hard to navigate to archive
I reviewed the app some months ago. When I read it, I was amazed to find that not only had nothing changed, but the same issues were worse. By the look at other customer reviews I've come to the conclusion that no one seems to read what we write - or you just don't care. I hope it's the former and not the latter.
It is still hard to find prescriptions I should have been able to access through the archive. Want to know what happened when I clicked on "Archive"? The suspense is tough. What happened? Absolutely nothing. Nada. Zilch. Not even a message telling me that the archive button isn't working.
Again, the only way I could find my over-filled RX, was by clicking on every button and scrolling through options. Honestly, this was worse than the horrible, very expensive program my former employer used - and still uses. Actually, I have to say this is absolutely THE WORSE APP I've ever dealt with. The DMV, IRS, EDD, and Social Security are better than this. I'm lowering your grade by one star because you've done nothing to fix problems, and what you have done, has made it worse. I think I'm going to abandon the website and only order prescriptions by phone or in person.
Needs work on data base
I think that this application needs worked on two fronts first of all I think the interface with the pharmacy is weak. And the other problem is that neither the doctor nor the pharmacist have a way of communicating through the app which should be improved upon. It is very important in this age of electronics that there be a two-way channel and any database and this will help the pharmacist communicate when something is ready and will let the customer know when it Is ready
The second problem area is the archive database regarding your formulary for each individual. Sometimes things are taken off the individual formulary, which are rather infrequent but they automatically drop off for no good reason? Another issue are drugs which are not used at all, but persist! The patient should have some editorial choice in maintaining things which might require periodic reissue - so this needs to be fixed rendering joint listing control to both the pharmacist and the patient.
Saves you from using the phone
This is like an app written by people who don't have prescriptions at CVS. They should focus on making this worth using for managing prescriptions and then worry about shopping. For example, you should be able to sort prescriptions alphabetically. That way, when the app reminds you (incorrectly) that you need to renew Cmedicine, you can sort and see that you just refilled Cmedicine, but they gave it a different number, so you don't need to renew Cmedicine. Better yet, make this system smart enough to figure that out itself! Another thing is it is no longer showing consistently that a medicine is being processed. If a medication is on order because CVS doesn't have stock, the app does not show that. It keeps reminding you to refill that medication. It goes on and on. Simple stuff that it can't do. Maybe it is harder than it looks. Maybe it is impossible. It does save me from calling the pharmacy most of the time. Until it can do prescription management better, I give it no more than two stars...
