Great App, but . . . .
Always asks me to rate it just in the middle of using it. This time I was two clicks away from finishing but decided to rate it so it would HOPEFULLY, quit asking. You can't delete a Rx that you no longer take, but you can hide them. Last month it said my Norco was ready for pickup, but when I drove to CVS, it wasn't ready and could NOT be filled for one more day because it's a Schedule 2 drug. You can't reorder a Schedule 2 drug and can't get refills. I have to go to my Dr every month and hand carry a Rx to CVS in person and insurance will not fill it before the last day. VERY inconvenient if you need to travel! That's the FDA's fault, not CVS or their app.
Love this app
I've been using this app for a while now. I log in, hit the icon for pharmacy, find my prescriptions that I need refilled, click on them and they're ready for me to pick up. This takes less than one minute. Much easier than their automated telephone service and much faster. I've never experienced any glitches with the system and I'll continue to order my prescriptions this way. I haven't bought any items from the website itself, so I can't comment on that.
Very Helpful, Needs Tweaks
Good reminders. Good at calling provider for prescriptions. It's a bit slow processing. "We are working on it". I wish I could delete prescriptions I no longer use. It's probably there but not a button you could hit accidentally. I guess that's a help function.
But it's great for the medicines I use regularly. My provider does TV allow refills until you are almost out. It lists "too soon to refill" which saves calls in that I would have made. Just a bit slow. Probably not a bad thing when it's medicine.
