The Cybex Bravo functional trainer is one of the most versatile exercise machines in the world. This app is the perfect companion to the Bravo, offering exercise set up and training information needed to get the best results from your workout.
This fitness app will aid you in setting up the Bravo for 20 of the most popular exercises.
By entering your height, a Customized Set-up Guide is created with each adjustment calculated based on your individual size.
This app will help you become familiar with the various exercise patterns and adjustments, by showing you an interactive image for each one. There is also a video of each exercise being performed so you can see the recommended path of motion.
The proof is in the numbers, no one tops Bravo. The unique, state-of-the-art Progressive Stabilization feature means you can increase core strength and workload at the same time. With over three times the increase in load capacity and almost three times the increase in core activation, no other functional trainer or selectorized system can touch Bravo’s results.
Whatever your goal, Cybex gets you there – faster.

What's New in Version 1.2
Added support for metric unit of measure.
Really efficient way to learn how to use this machine. I like that the suggested exercises are simple and foundational, which keeps the screen clear of more complex, combination exercises. Two enhancements would make this a 5 though. First, a description of each exercise, including muscle groups targeted and suggested exercise "pairs". Second, the ability to select a number of exercises and save them as a single workout. Other that that, this app is really well done, and easy to use at home or at the gym.
Pretty Good, Weight Records Useless
This is a pretty good app for showing the different exercises that can be done with the Cybex Bravo, and the links to the videos are helpful.
However, the Cybex Bravo that I use has different weight increments than the app allows (the app only allows you to pick in 10lb increments, and the machine I use has much smaller increments), so I can't keep track of the weights I use for each exercise.
In addition, it would be helpful to show what muscle groups are being used with each exercise (similar to what Cybex does with their VR1 line of equipment).
