This app comes with a sample simple to follow Beginners workout routine in a bike or a stationary bike, Beginners Hiit workout routine and a four minute workout.
Users can modify existing routine and tailor them to their needs. This free app allows the user to have up to 3 routines.
Near perfect cycling app!
Just what I was looking for. I'm new to spinning and this workout does everything that I need. It tells me when to increase resistance, stand and sprint; as if it were a real class. Like the beeps that alert you to the next segment. Would be perfect if there were more free workouts included.
If you edit an existing workout or create a new one, changes are not saved. Not recommended.
