I've downloaded so many workout apps and this is the only app I kept and I absolutely love it! I choose the 10 minute workout and believe me they make you sweat and your abs feeling good! The workout isn't hard at all and I like how at the end of each session they give you a big cheer haha! So does this app help get you abs? The answer is YES! I've been using this app for a month and I already see results!!!! Give this app a try you won't regret it!!

Just for the couple of days I have had this app I can tell there is a difference. I can really feel my abs burning even on the lowest level for 5 minutes a day. I can also tell my core strength has increased a bit already. Also it can short as 5 minutes a day. That is a short amount of time for the results you get.
Can't believe it got me to work out!
I HATE doing any kind of exercise. But this is short enough that I can handle it! And the reminders are awesome, otherwise I would've forgotten after doing it the first day. Now it reminds me, and it's only 5 minutes so I do it. It's only been 3 days but I hope to have great abs soon! I'm keeping it up!
