One good thing about my ex...
She introduced me to this app. Now that they've added HealthKit integration, it's perfect. Simple, customizable 5-10min ab workouts with video instruction and audio cues. Customizable break length between exercises. And it works especially well over AirPlay with music in the background. Personally, I just use the random workout generator. Laziness friendly. Customizable reminders. The only workout app I've ever stuck with. A++
Does what it says
Great app, that I use daily. It really makes a difference in the strength and tone of my abs in just 5 minutes, and it's nice to be able to increase the time as well, so that I can add to my workout if I have extra minutes. I stay home with my toddler, so being able to grab 5 minutes to target my abs with this app has been perfect.
A wonderful little workout!!
It is amazing the results you can get from such a short workout; NO excuses that you don't have time. I strongly suggest trying it for a couple of weeks...you won't be sorry
