Fabulous!

Awesome app! Gives you plenty to do in just 10 minutes, max. It's that easy! The only thing I would change is the 3 second pause. I think it should be at least 5 so you can see the video, get into the position, and then be able start.

Love

It's love at first session. As cheesy as it sounds I love this app. The examples and steps it gives you to help your form and completion of the exercises are super helpful. Overall, I feel the good burn I was looking for after exercises instead of pain during. Though its only my second time I'm seeing and feeling differences!

To the point

This brief workout gives you just enough but not too much of a burn. You feel the tightness the next day but it doesn't prevent an encore workout.
