It's often hard to get back into a routine weather you've been working, studying or simply just been lazy. I love this app because it shows you and has a description of the workout one is doing. Also one can start off easy with thirty seconds and then work up from there. Furthermore considering it is free it isn't just the same set of workouts every time, you have 1 and 2 which work and challenge one differently. One does not need Internet to use the app and one does not have to pay for it. Great app

Have this app on other phone Platforms also - it's really good and I like that it offers a quick 5min workout - great to use during my break time at work.
I liked this app because it helps you get healthier. Some of the exercises are hard but you just have to keep trying. I really like getting the 3,5,and 10 pounders out.
