Daily Arm Workout contains two 5 to 10 minute daily arm, chest and shoulder routines that step you through twenty of the best upper body exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home. This workout is developed and demonstrated by a certified personal trainer, and spending just minutes a day can strengthen and tone your arms, chest and shoulders.
The routine's simple interface, complete with video and timer, allows you to easily follow along and understand each exercise.

There are 2 routines of 10 different exercises each for a total of 20 exercises. You can set the length of the routine to between 5, 7.5, and 10 minutes total length (30,45, or 60 seconds for each exercise). You can also set it to give you a random exercise, or you can customize the routine.
Following the model's good form and pacing makes the app worth it - I stream it from my laptop to my Apple TV and watch it on my flatscreen.
- full screen capability, which would be especially nice when streaming to a TV
- the ability to set a pause interval between exercises. Right now you have only about 5 seconds between each exercise. You can hit the pause button of course, but being able to set it to say 15 or 20 seconds to change weights or positions would be nice.
But for 99 cents you can't go wrong. What are you waiting for? Buy it!
Easy to Follow!
It's great to time my workout actions to the model's, because it helps me tone my muscles correctly, which actually enhances my muscle tone. It's unbelievably easy to use. I just click, watch & imitate!
