Love the app and this program!
This app is amazing. It has never crashed on me or been hard to work. Whenever I want to do my workout it's so nice being able to just pull up the app no matter where I am. You can choose from a new workout everyday that is posted, or you can pick a program and do workouts that have already been recorded. Or both. There are two types of memberships available after the 30 day free trial. One is for access to the live workout posted every day and to a very limited amount of what's pre-recorded, and the second membership is everything above plus access to a ton of more videos of past live workouts giving a bigger selection of choices.
The trainers are amazing and uplifting. They all have different styles and try to bring different moves and routines to their workouts. The staff is always upbeat and trying to keep things changing and new. If you are in extremely good physical condition then I'd say this app/program isn't for you. I would say this is more for people who need to get into shape and get into a routine and I don't think it would satisfy anyone looking for a really intense workout. (I personally wouldn't mind more intense workouts)
My ONLY complaint about it is that I wish you could rate the workout and trainer like you can on the desktop version of their website after watching the live workout. This is just a personal preference, but it doesn't change how great of quality the app is!
I LOVE this app!
I personally love doing intense, short workouts with someone telling me what to do to keep me on track. As long as that's what you're looking for, along with having like 100 workouts to choose from, you'll love this app. If you're more of a gym type, this is not for you. I love that there are tons of workouts that don't require any equipment. The emphasis on stretching before and after workouts helped me recover so much faster and improved my back and hip issues a ton. Don't skip the recommended stretching videos! I also loved that there are different difficulty levels to choose from so there is always something more challenging that I can choose from. I highly recommend this app if you have only a short amount of time to workout a day and dislike gyms!
At first I LOVED this app. The workouts were great. I was motivated. But after several months of use, I found myself bored with the workouts. As an athlete this app just doesn't have what I need. There needs to be more advanced workout programs to keep users coming back. You start doing the same workouts over and over and over again. Which gets boring very fast. Sadly I am unsubscribing from DailyBurn. Which is truly a shame because I did really enjoy it at first.
