I hate exercise. Really, I hate getting ready to exercise. Convincing myself to do it is the hardest part.

Being able to say, "It's only five minutes. You can take that much time to do this." Pretty hard to argue with that, especially now that I'm just a little older.

This is a good tool.

New Favorite App!!

I love this app so much. It's a quick workout and I really feel like it's working the correct muscles! It's only 5 minutes too, so there is no excuse for me to NOT do it daily. It's a wonderful app!!!
