Love all these apps

Makes workouts so fast and easy. I hate working out but this app makes it too easy to pass up. I play some music and work out some mornings before I shower. You can pick a 5, 8, or 10 minute workout. I have all the other versions for abs, legs, arms, etc. and usually pick 2 each morning and try to work out for 10+ mins total. I always end up doing more because it's so easy.

Makes me love working out

I hate working out and when I do I want it to be quick and see quick results. I have downloaded other workout apps but this is by far the best. I can choose how much time I work on this part of my body. Within a few seconds you start to feel the burn and if you stick to it everyday you will definitely see results quickly.

Quick, simple, effective!

I love that you can choose the time you workout. If you need just a few minutes or even longer you choose.
