Daily Insist help you to create good habits by the following step:
1.Enter something you want to keep doing everyday.
2.Setting round time, 7 days, 14 days or 21days.
3.Check in everyday after you done until the end of round.
If you miss one day during a round, the round will be failed. So just keep doing everyday to finish the promised round, no excuse. You'd be proud of yourself and keep habits move on.
In order to get your focus and avoid brief period of enthusiasm, we designed that it can only create one things per time to do daily, just focus in one thing and one goal.

Nice idea, useless for me
As others have pointed out, the restriction to only one habit at a time is annoying but not a dealbreaker for me. My real issue with this app is that the reminder function it does not work. If I don't mark it complete it by the end of the day, I automatically fail. Even though I've completed my task for the day, when I forget to mark it, I have to start over. That makes the app useless to me.
Well design with awful function
I really like how it looks, but the remind function never worked. I didn't have the habit to check it everyday, so failed several times before I stopped using it. Shame.
Simple and effective app to establish elusive habits
The simplicity of this app has helped me focus on one elusive goal that I have been working on for YEARS. My goal is drinking water. The app is unforgiving if I have forgotten to do it or record that I have done it. With the archive I can see the failed attempts at doing the task as well as the two weeks straight of achieving it. In the process I have been more conscious about changing my choices and behaviors to ensure that I achieve the goal earlier in the day. Once I am confident that I can achieve the goal over 7 days, I will increase the time period to 14, then 21 days. I am confident that with continued use of this app, the habit will finally be ingrained and I will no longer have to be conscious of having to do it.
I highly recommend DAILY INSIST to focus you on developing a habit that has been difficult to achieve. Other apps like BALANCED are available that track multiple goals and are more forgiving.
