Daily Leg Workout contains two 5 to 10 minute daily leg routines that step you through twenty of the best lower body exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home. Excellent use of time

App has three different workouts with the option of doing each workout set for a total time of 5", 8" or 10". The exercises in each set increase from 30", 34", then 60" per exercise as the total time is increased. Excellent utilization of time and at $0.99 can't be beat.

I love all of these apps!! They work! I get bored really easy with working out, so to know I have so many steps to choose from and can make my own, is amazing!!! I do them every day!
