Great app overall
This is a great app for people trying to add a little exercise into their day. I know if you can't find a private place at your job it could be embarrassing to do some chair push-ups, but really, what exercise could you do at work that's not embarrassing? This app makes getting in some exercise about as easy as it's going to get. And it's amazing the difference of energy I feel in adding in just this little bit of exercise to my day. The support chat is kind of glitchy and I'd like to see options in exercise plans to tailor to my goals, but if you're looking for an app to take you from zero exercise to at least something and getting some energy back-this is it.

I have a desk at work that goes from sitting to standing and this app reminds to sit or stand every 40 minutes which has helped with my back and I am less tired during the day!!!!👍
I like the app a lot, but I also don't sit next to a bunch of people at work. The stretches and some others would be fine in a crowded area, but jumping jacks, desk push ups and chair abs might make some people uncomfortable. All in all, I do like the app a lot. Keep up the good work.
