Okay so this app is the pretty good & I love how you can add multiple snaps a day and all that but there’s one recurring problem I have with this app. Whenever I make videos (like 1-20 day things) I was watch and ad to make it, okay, no big deal, so then it’s made and I try to watch it, another ad, a little annoying but understandable, sure. But the ad ends, the “upgrade/get rid of ads/ad will play in ___” is still there and I can’t get it to go away but in the background is the audio for the videos?? I can’t watch it just hear it which is irritating to say the least but I’m hoping to get it fixed? Otherwise the app is a 10/10

A bit disappointed

Ok so, I first downloaded this app in 2017, it was free back then and I loved using it until I started encountering some issues. The app would freeze, I had to leave it and reopen it for it to work again but then 2 minutes later, the same issue would happen again and so on. I stopped using it for a while but then took it back again in 2018 and it worked a bit better, not freezing anymore, but then a new issue appear, the video and sound would not match, which is pretty annoying when you’ve got a full month of recording your memories and now the final video product isn’t perfect as one can expect. Now, in 2020, I’ve decided to give the app a go again but found out it was now not free anymore, and I had no access to my old videos. I’ve decided to pay to access my old data and to overall give yet another chance to this app, only to find out, after paying only that the app is still full of glitches; it freezes, the sound still doesn’t match videos (that I’ve just “generated”) and to top it all, when I tried to tap the feedback button, I was met with an error message in Russian. I’m sorry to leave such a negative review but one would think that after 3 years, the app developers would have fixed all the issues but I see it’s not the case. I’ve immediately cancelled my subscription, just 5 minutes after buying it, but I would like to get a refund at this point.

Disappointing

I have had daily snap for several years now and have enjoyed capturing my years through this app and especially liked that you could add as many snaps per day as you wanted.

However throughout the years I’ve noticed the app tends to be laggy/ have had issues logging in/ issues with loading snaps. In the past customer support has been pretty quick to help me resolve these issues. Now I am going through a similar issue and have not been able to get help at all. I was having an issue with the past snaps from my story not loading within the app. I was a bit worried since I had about six months of snaps captured already. I decided to try and delete the app and redownload it to see if it would help. Now I am no longer able to login and as I had mentioned I have not had help from customer service. I have received one email from them saying I need to be Pro to download my snaps. Firstly, I am Pro which they would know if they had looked into my account at all. Secondly, that is not the issue I have as all users should be able to see their snaps within the app.

I am very disappointed with this app and it’s lack of customer service as well as the fact that it continues to have issues with the app itself for years that they have not figured out
