I often have to delete and reinstall the app to get it to work the next day. Blurry spots make it hard to read some articles. Many mornings I can see the newest edition as a selection, but it won't open. It leaves me stuck on the previous day's paper. Often I am told that I don't have access when I log in, but then later in the day it will just open without even making me log in. Very erratic and frustrating. Emails to customer support go unanswered. When I want my morning paper at breakfast, customer support by phone isn't available.
