The app is very useful and easy to use☺️ It encourages me to workout and excercise🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏻 The best workout FREE app😂 opposite to Another app called Sweat 💦 it was NOT free 💵 To cut it short .. If you are wondering how the app works 💭 you chose what part do you want to exercise🙆🏻 then you see recorded videos of the move you should do🏃🏻‍♀️ imitate it😉 you chose the timing of the whole training time👊🏻 the training contains 10 workout moves🤞🏻 each move 30 or 45 or 60 seconds ⌚️ so the whole training is 5, 8 or 10 minutes ⏰ In that duration believe me you sweat a lot 💦 💦 It's the best app🤙🏻👅

It's not what u think

I'm like ok it's an app it probably won't work 🤔
When I tell u my legs feel like noodles and my stomach feel like a brick, I mean it! I'm sure I'll be seeing fast results from this and in about a month or so I'll come back with my commentary!

I'm only on the 10 minute workout

Great app hope to make it to longer minutes but for now 10 minutes is good enough
