I got this mainly because of QUALITY plus ***NO MEMBERSHIP*** - and it's wonderful!!! They've already corrected the way I've been doing a couple of exercises by way of extremely clear video and written instructions. I'm very grateful for both. I've never been sure of what I was doing until now. What a difference this makes for me!
I've already created a custom ab routine that I love. Next I'll create custom workouts for all the other areas. Once I've learned more about the choices, I'll make an integrated custom routine from the "All" category. I'm really looking forward to that!!!
I recommend this over all the other apps I've seen - it's already making a difference in my life!
Just 3 times
I tried this app out of all the others without paying money yet and like this best straight to the point app. Nothing but the video I want to do to target what I want and set dates for reminders... now don't think I excise regularly cuz I don't and have not ever liked it but this works for me now that I am ready to commit to a routine.
Simple and Perfect
I downloaded it primarily for the abdominal workouts to help prevent back pain and it is fantastic. I do at least a five minute workout every morning before cardio and it is just what I need! My back pain has been much less severe since doing so (and I like all the isolated abdominal muscles I'm starting to see and feel!)
