Daily Workouts provides great 5 to 30 minute daily workout routines for men and women that step you through some of the best exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home.
Daily Workouts combines all of the individual apps: Daily AB Workout, Daily ARM Workout, Daily BUTT Workout, Daily CARDIO Workout and Daily LEG Workout. It also features full body workouts in which each workout is different as exercises are pulled at random from the 100+ available exercises. There are options to do randomly generated routines that target your full body, upper body, lower body or core. You can also choose to create your own custom routine from all available exercises.
These proven exercises, demonstrated by a certified personal trainer, target all major muscles. Spending just minutes a day can strengthen and tone your body.
The routine's simple interface, complete with video and timer, allows you to easily follow along and understand each exercise. Simply select your routine and follow along!

Great easy to use app
I first had the free versions, but then I purchased the ab one, and then caved and just got the full one. Having the video play is so helpful, especially when first learning exercises and proper technique. I have one critique and one suggestion.
As others have mentioned, full screen would be nice. I have poor eyesight even with my contacts in so it can be hard for me to see the screen, especially when doing random workout where you don't know what is coming next.
My recommendation for future updates is the ability to log and track your workout sessions for a way to track progress. May you can upload a picture or something and have your own before and after setup from doing this program (similar to the app "fitness"). Anyway, good app, I think the recommendation would also help put this app on a different level, but that could just be me.
Nice app, but unreal
This is a nice looking app and I'm sure I'll benefit from some of the routines, but it should be pointed out that the videos are looped so that the instructor looks as fresh on the first one as she does on the last one. Some of these routines are very demanding and exhausting if you try to sync with the video and it's certain that you will not keep up the pace and composure that you'll be seeing on the screen. Just look closely at the ponytail flipping around and you'll see that on every two or four repetions the loop engages. It's a shame that this app seems to think it's more important to look good (actually perfect!) than to show the real thing. There's a place for looped video but in this case it seems dishonest and puts an unrealistic and probably unachievable goal in front of the viewer. But if you can prove me wrong I'll be the first to applaud your fitness and the stratagy behind this app.
Very good and cheap app
I've been doing the ab workouts for a month now and they still get me tired, if you're looking for more of a challenge, do the 10m excersise twice! As for the 4 and 3 star reviews: after my third workout I didn't need to look at my screen because the app tells you what excersise to do and with enough training you should begin to remember what they are! And really this app is just a quick starter. If you can only do six, why don't you write them down and use the timer on your watch? problems solved.
