Perfect for Beginners!!

As someone who is new to the art form and an very interested in yoga,I am usually intimidated by yoga for classes. This was perfect. And allowed me to learn the poses on my own in a relaxed home environment. This app is great, helping me to start my journey to becoming a yogi :)

I'm old

First time trying Yoga. This was easy to follow and I felt amazing after. Love having the app on my iPad so I can do and learn Yoga anywhere. I have bad knees so I'm careful with any kneeling parts. Hopefully they will get better with this.

Great app for beginners! 20 min is perfect for intro or brush up, 40 min is awesome for a great start to the day when you have the time. I love this app and will continue to use it 3-4 times a week!
