no more cut off texts - iOS7 bugs fixed
Daily Art is a great resource for those who love or want to learn about art history. Learning from this application comes in the form of awareness as the app works to provide you on a daily basis work from some of history's most well known and even those not as well known artists. With each piece users gets brief description of the artist and the work being presented. The images of the paintings are high quality and can be zoomed upon for a closer look. Users can also share and save artworks. Users also have the option of going back and seeing Daily Art pieces that came before so you aren't limited to just the one day. Users can easily set daily notifications in the app so taking a minute out of the day to view art is made simple. This application is highly recommended for users of all ages and backgrounds.
Happiest Moment of every day
This app is just delightful! I look forward to each new piece of art that pops in every day. I have learned a great deal - and shared several posts via email and social media. Never tiresome, always fascinating, exceptionally well curated, and with terrific annotation and commentary. Hope the developers and content generators see these reviews - because they need to know how much enjoyment their app brings to users every single day. Btw, love the inclusion of the African instrument on March 23rd - craftsmanship is art!
These diverse paintings give me that daily dose of cultural art. I absolutely enjoy the new zoom feature.
The short background is informative. However, they really need to make sure to read their own descriptions; the artist's name was misspelled under the painting but in the brief summary the artist's name is correct. Also three sentences were duplicated in the description. (I hope they aren't turning into Yahoo News app; grammatical errors, misspellings, repetition, and printed half speeches that misinterprets the meaningfulness and instead ruins it.)
