Pros and cons
I have fibromyalgia, which makes it hard to find a workout that doesn't cause even more pain. The beginner program is perfect. Id love to give this the full 5 stars, but feel it could use a few upgrades first.
If you are enrolled in a program it should have a calendar to show you the daily workouts for that program. I'm not sure if videos are supposed to repeat this frequently, so I believe that would clear up the confusion.
Some of the videos are not labeled correctly. For example the video was labeled core and mobility 2, but the video was cardio kickboxing 2.
The calories estimated to be burned is always way higher than what my Fitbit says I've actually done.
I do love the beginner program. Justin is very reassuring and patient. I'm hoping that once I complete the beginner, I can take on some of the more intense work outs.
Pretty good but some confusion
I just finished my 3rd workout. It was the same as the first and I'm not sure if it is supposed to be with the 8 weeks of 'beginner' training, there are probably some repeats. I agree with some of the other reviews that I would like a calendar to track what I should be doing daily. Otherwise, I am loving it!
I love the concept and variety, but hate that the app gives you a random workout from your program instead of following the schedule. You have to go to the website and then find the video on the app.
