Looking for an easy way to bring together friends, colleagues and/or family in a fun and interactive wellness challenge? The DailyEndorphin platform enables groups of any size to create customized team or individual wellness challenges based on exercise (minutes, duration or points), weight loss, nutrition or wellness points, or even a hybrid of all. This application allows users currently participating in a DailyEndorphin challenge to log data easily, and to view live challenge standings from their iOS device. Participants will see how their team stacks up against other teams, and how they stack up against their peers.
Users log exercise by inputting the duration of a selected exercise and choosing a level of intensity (1-5). An optional metric like distance can be logged if applicable. DailyEndorphin additionally converts the entry to points based on the type of exercise, duration and intensity. For example, at a moderate intensity for 30 minutes, walking equals 21 points while running equals 57 points. Nutrition and wellness are logged by checking common daily nutrition and wellness parameters such as getting at least 7 hours of sleep, or eating 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, where each checked parameters is worth 4 points.
- identify frequent exercises to automatically appear in your exercise log
- log exercise, nutrition, and wellness even when not participating in group challenges
- view your personal progress across any of the available logging parameters
- update your profile and optional biometrics (all confidential)
- set automatic reminders to log data

Ratings and Reviews
App is frustrating and disappointing. There should be dashboards or summary information of your health progress. App has the appearance of a Windows 98 freeware program. I’m done.
Don’t don it
Trying to connect an Apple Watch to the daily endorphin website is so complicated and annoying. The website and app are not user friendly at all. I can’t even contact them for help on connecting my device.
I never leave reviews.
This is by far THE ABSOLUTE WORST APP. I'm actually mad at my coworker for selecting it for a Corp challenge. This is HORRIFIC. WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
