Has Potential, but Lacking

justin case your listening

I've been using Dailymile for 3 years or so. I absolutely love the concept of this website/app. Keeping track of all your miles working out whether in the gym or outside is great. Also, the little statistics of how many donuts you burn, or tv's powered are kind of fun to see (more should be added tho). BUT.... the developers hardly touch this app for upgrades and improvements. They just do "bug fixes" every once in a while. They should have Apple health integration AND play nicely with the Apple Watch, as it has become quite the fitness device on more and more wrists. Are you listening DEVELOPERS? Eventually, I will get tired of waiting and abandon this app, which would be too bad because, like I said, it has so much potential.

Good tracker, fun with friends

I have used Dailymile for years and I like the simplicity of it. I enter my workouts, it gives me a weekly report, nudges me if I have not entered anything in a week's time and gives an annual report.
Fun with friends too as it shows their workouts and you can comment/like to give support. Also includes your friends mileage on the weekly report for a little friendly competition.

This app is broken.

What is wrong with this app? It's quite literally broken and needs an update. I've never deemed an app as unusable before, but this one comes close. When I first enter the description to my run I can't see what I am typing unless I back out of the description and then go back in. Or if I enter the title first then the description, which I rarely use titles.

Also if you go into edit the run you also can not see what you're typing.

Or if I comment I can't see what I'm commenting every other letter. So if I'm typing my text temporarily disappears every other letter that I type.

The website is completely different from the app. While the website you have friends, the app you have followers. What this has caused is that I can't block anyone from following me. Now I have 60 spam accounts following me and I'm only following 10 people.
