What's New in Version 4.6.4
Support for Automatic car adapter (2nd generation).
Fix for Mazda BAT PID.
Used it to increase fuel mileage 20%
I got two kiwi wifi devices, one for each of my automatic Hondas. When I initially tried to set it up I couldn't get it to connect. Check the forums for help in setting up your phone. I've noticed sometimes the key is to go into the vehicle menu and manually select your vehicle from the stored vehicles. If it's your first time you may need to manually input enough data for it to connect and start reading.
I love how I can customize screens to show the data I want in the format I want it even down to the shape size and finish of the "gauge". I wish it would automatically connect on vehicle startup but I have given up trying. I just make sure to go to the menu screen and hit re-connect, after I restart the engine and 5 seconds later it's logging data. Engine-off coasting isn't recognized by this app and instead off logging the miles with no fuel used it just stops logging.
Best of the bunch!
Bought this for use with my GoPoint BT1 (replacing my much-touted, but sadly much underperforming Automatic OBDII device), to track real-time MPG efficiency... which coincidentally modified by driving habit much to the better!
Can't praise this app enough: only wish (between the BT1 and DashCommand) that data would be retained and accessible, without having to activate the program each-and-every trip (especially those annoying short-hops)!
Easy to read displays, a plethora of peripheral performance programs - in short, THE best OBD app, period!
Well worth the cost
Bought an ELM327 WiFi OBD2 interface online and use it with this app. I love how I can pull performance data with this app. My project car is a Saab, and it gets CELs somewhat frequently. This app lets me pull and reset the codes so I know what to fix! The Saab has a bunch of sensors too which makes this app fun to play around with. Bottom line, I highly recommend it!
